Privacy Policy
What we collect
The only personal information this site collects is what you voluntarily enter into the booking inquiry form on the Contact page — typically your name, email, optional phone, event date, and a short description of your event. If you arrived by clicking one of Sam's Google ads, the form also carries the ad-click ID from that visit (see Advertising below), so Sam can tell which ads lead to bookings.
Analytics
This site uses a self-hosted instance of Matomo to count page views in aggregate — which pages get read, roughly where visitors come from, and what device sizes to design for. It runs in cookie-free mode, we do not build individual visitor profiles, and the data never leaves our own server or gets shared with any third party.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site and how well Sam's ads perform. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and sends usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to Google, which processes it under the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on.
Advertising
Sam advertises on Google Search. This site loads Google's ad-measurement tag (Google Ads conversion tracking) so Google can report when an ad click leads to a quote request or a phone tap. Google may set its own cookies to do that and processes the data under the Google Privacy Policy. We don't use it for remarketing or to build audiences, and you can limit ad personalization at My Ad Center.
How we use it
Form submissions are delivered straight to Sam's inbox by this site's own server — no third-party form service ever sees them. Your information is not sold, shared, or used for marketing.
Cookie & GDPR Notice
This site's own code sets no cookies, and the Matomo analytics run cookie-free. Third parties can set cookies: Google Analytics and Google's ad-measurement tag described above, and Instagram, if you open one of the Instagram posts on the home page. You can block or clear these in your browser settings at any time; the site works fully without them.
If you are in the EU, UK or another region with similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete any information you sent through the form, using the address below. Sam is a Texas-based performer serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area and does not knowingly market to visitors outside the United States.
Your choices
To request deletion of any information you've sent through the form, email magicbysam3@gmail.com from the address you submitted with.
